• Sort & Sift- compile information on note cards
• Synthesize- write an outline prior to beginning presentation
• Evaluate- give verbal presentation to class

Assignment Standards and Expectations

§ Evidence of notes and outline must be turned in prior to beginning Power Point

• Presenters should have some form of handout to give class

• Slide show will include a title slide, opening statement, informational slides and conclusion. Bibliography must follow APA style (use www.noodletools.com) NoodleBib MLA starter.

Tips on a good slide show:

Use of a design template or consistent backgrounds on the slides.

aSlides should be simple and easy to see and read.

aPictures, graphics should be appropriate size and subject matter related to topic.

aOptional-sounds or music must coordinate with subject

aSpeaker should be able to be heard during presentation.
