Text Box: End-of-the-year Field Trip—On Wednesday, May 28, the middle school will wrap up our space theme with a trip to the Planetarium to see a program entitled, “Oasis in Space.” Then, we will eat lunch nearby at Masterson’s. The cost of the trip (including lunch) will come out of the MS Student Activities account, so students will not need to bring lunch money. Please dress a little bit fancier for this field trip. We will load buses at 10:30 AM and should return by 2 PM, so we will be on a regular carpool schedule that day @ 3PM.

Awards Assembly on Thursday, May 29 @ 9AM—Students should arrive to school with their parents, a few minutes before 9:00 and sit with their homerooms (in alphabetical order) in the Tucker Assembly Hall. There are no classes that morning and students should not report to their homerooms that day. The middle school teachers look forward to celebrating this day with students and their families.
Congratulations to Will Mandrola, who received State-level recognition for his SCAT test score as part of his participation in the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth program.
This is the last newsletter and Tuesday folder for this school year. Have a great summer!
